The purpose of this course
- if you don't know the basics of LOSING WEIGHT
- If your having issues with your weight and want to gain control
- If your trying to ease your way into a healthy lifestyle that you can be consistent with
- changing how you view food and eating.
- able to lose weight on a budget!!!
- MOST IMPORTANTLY... change the way you view yourself!
The following options are not needed to lose weight!
- Being on a FIXED DIET
- Getting on a training PROGRAM
-AND STILL lost 100 lbs.
while in the following circumstances
- DEPRESSION
- working a job that I HATED
- working full time hours on PART TIME BENEFITS.
- because I worked part time I also didn't have HEALTH INSURANCE
- my close friend DYING And yet I still lost the weight, I got upt to 315lbs before I started to research certain ways to lose weight by not doing all crazy workouts, non-tasty diets, and still able to EAT WHATEVER I WANTED!
